Bit64 Solutions Ltd. (Bit64) warrants to the original end user customer that the rjclip is free from defects in material and workmanship. Subject to the conditions and limitations set forth below, Bit64 will replace the rjclip that prove defective by reason of improper workmanship or materials. Replacement rjclips will be provided by Bit64 on an exchange basis, and will be new. All replacement rjclips have been tested to ensure that they are functionally equivalent to a new rjclip. If Bit64 is unable to replace the rjclip, it will refund or credit the lesser of either the current value of the rjclip at the time the warranty claim is made or the purchase price. Proof of purchase must be provided showing the original date and place of purchase.
This limited warranty does not cover any damage to the rjclip that results from improper installation, accident, abuse, misuse, natural disaster, abnormal mechanical or environmental conditions, or any unauthorized disassembly, repair or modification. This limited warranty shall not apply if: (i) the rjclip was not used in accordance with any accompanying instructions, or (ii) the rjclip was not used for its intended function. This limited warranty also does not apply to an rjclip that has not been handled or packaged correctly, that has been sold as second-hand or that has been resold contrary to Canada and other applicable export regulations.
This limited warranty covers only replacement, refund or credit for defective rjclips, as provided above. Bit64 is not liable for, and does not cover under warranty, any damages or losses of any kind whatsoever resulting from loss of, damage to, or corruption of, content or data or any costs associated with determining the source of system problems or removing, servicing or installing Bit64 rjclips. This warranty excludes third party software, connected equipment or stored data. Bit64 is therefore not liable for any losses or damage attributable to third party software, connected equipment or stored data. In the event of a claim, Bit64's sole obligation shall be to issue a refund or replacement of the rjclip.
